How do I place an order?
If you would rather place an order direct instead of purchasing a MacPherson instrument from an authorised dealer, then ordering is very simple. If you are interested in any of the models shown on this site or would like to find out about custom options or to discuss having a complete custom made instrument, please click on the contact us button to email your requirements and questions. You will then be contacted to discuss design specifications, options, material availability etc.
How much will it cost?
Once the design, specification and hardware choice have been agreed in principle, quotes to make the instrument can then be offered. If you would like to purchase one of the guitar models with standard specifications (i.e. The Nomad) the prices will be the same as shown on this website.
Is a deposit required and how do I pay?
If required, an easy payment arrangement can be set up for custom and direct orders. This enables you to spread the cost whilst your instrument is being made. A deposit would be required to secure the order once the specifications have been finalised, payments can then be made in agreed instalments to suit you with the last payment coinciding with the completion of the instrument. Payments can be made by cash, cheque or bank transfer.
How long will I have to wait for my guitar?
This depends entirely on what you’ve ordered. Some instruments take far longer than others to make and materials are always subject to availability. Once you have decided on the specifications, hardware and finish, an estimated delivery time can be given.
